Race Results 9/9/06
Wangaratta Cycling Club conducted a novelty event this week with a dual MountainBike and Road Race taking place from the top of Taminick Gap. The riders completed a lap of a mountainbike circuit before taking to their road bikes for a 23km lap of the block. Results: 1st Tully Lyster, 2nd Rob Sullivan, 3rd Laurie Lyster, 4th Henri Reinschild, 5th Alex Meyland
Riders who didn't have a mountainbike competed in a 23km sealed handicap event with some riders going on to complete 2 laps of the block. 1st Julie Coller 13mins, 2nd Ted Woodley 15mins, 3rd Fran Gottschling 18mins, Fastest time: Peter Gottschling 41.37
Junior 23km RR: 1st Sam Arnold, 2nd Zac Cooper, 3rd Ben Arnold
